Return & Refunds
NOTE: Kindly note that Feskur customer care team never ask for any OTP or card details during call or while returning product, so kindly don’t provide such details to anyone.
Customer’s complete shopping satisfaction is our first priority. We always want you happy each and every time you purchase our products from us. However in some rare situation if you are not happy with the product then the following return & refunds will apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy.
Kindly note the below terms which is mentioned below:
Our 100% buyer protection program allows returns & refunds for following situations:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Products was / were missing
- Buyer need to raise the refund request within 3 days from the date of product delivery.
Feskur holds the rights to reject the return request raised by the buyer under following conditions:
- Damages due to misuse of product by the buyer.
- Any product that is returned without original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
- Products used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
- Product Color running or fading due to product being washed in a wrong manner.
- Product Color running or fading due to product being washed along with other bright color items.
Return Procedure of Feskur
If customer wish to return the product to Feskur, then first of all he/she needs to raise return query via mail: firstname.lastname@example.org with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of product delivery. Apart from this, customer need to also share the photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that our customer service team can check and assist you with return instructions. Don’t forget to mention your order number in the email.
We request to kindly wait for at least 24-48 hours to check your return query & assist you with return instructions on mail.
Any shipping costs which require while sending product to our warehouse is paid by the customer itself. As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, like that sending back safely to our warehouse is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reputed courier company only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
Please mark the return items as ORDER RETURN.
Our customer service will check your request, and if found genuine, customer will be notified by a mail that your return request is approved and customer can send the product back to Feskur’s warehouse. Up on verification, if the mentioned defect/reason found genuine, customer service team will notify the customer that the customer’s return request has been approved and the subsequent amount will be credited as store credits to the Feskur’s wallet.
- It is compulsory to get in touch with our customer service team if you want to return the product to us. We would like to inform you that our team will not the returns which are directly sent back to our warehouse without any communication with our customer service team.
- Feskur does not have reverse pickup facility. It is mandatory that customer must have to self-courier the product after receiving return instructions by our customer service team on mail.
- Returns will not accepted which are sold during promotional offers.
- Products which you want to return must be in an unused manner with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original tags and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund will only be issued only after proper quality check of the product.
